THE REGULATIONS OF “TenisWil” TENNIS CLUB
 

  1. Sporting activities of “TenisWil” Tennis Club take place on the premises of the property located at Przyczółkowa 210c in Warsaw. Participation in the activities indicates your acceptance of the Regulations regarding the use of the Club’s facilities.
  2. Any person participating in sporting activities shall be required to become familiar with the Regulations and respect them.
  3. Only the Club members that filled in the Membership Declaration of TenisWil Tennis Club and paid the annual membership fee as well as the fee for trainings can participate in TenisWil sporting activities. In case of the under age participants of the sporting activities, the Membership Declaration should be filled in by their parents/ guardians.
  4. The amounts of fees and the deadlines for their payment are regulated by the separate document – “Fees”.
  5. Tennis trainings take place in groups on 3 indoor and 1 outdoor courts.
  6. Tennis trainings last 60 minutes including activities related to organization and conclusion of the training.
  7. During all trainings sportswear and sports shoes are obligatory.
  8. Minors participating in the trainings can only be on the court in the presence of the coach or parent/ guardian, who are responsible for the minors’ behavior at that time.
  9. Any person participating in sporting activities shall be required to respect the principles of order and the general tennis ethics’ principles.
  10. The Club provides the equipment necessary for participation in trainings.
  11. The Club offers trainings in the following groups: a- tennis kindergarten, b- recreational groups (children, teenagers, adults), c- sport groups.
  12. The most talented members of the recreational groups, after the decision of the trainer team and with parents’/ guardians’ consent, can qualify to the sport group, which will represent the Club in tennis tournaments and will be included in the special program.
  13. Those who do not agree for their photos or photos of their children/ pupils to be published in the Club’s newsletter and on the Club’s website shall inform the coach about that.
  14. The trainings do not take place during holidays.
  15. Participants of the individual trainings shall inform the coach about their absence at least one week beforehand.
  16. To ensure safety, under age participants of sporting activities must arrive at and leave Club’s premises under supervision of parents or legal age guardians.
  17. The club is not liable for any valuables or items left on the courts, in the locker room or any other areas of the club.
  18. The Club reserves the right to change these Regulations. The Regulations may be extended by the provisions improving organization of the sporting activities.
