FEES

§ 1. Membership fee

1. Any member of “TenisWil” Tennis Club shall be required to pay the annual membership fee for 2014/2015 season (from 1^st of September 2014 to 31^st of August 2015) amounting to:

• Minors - 100 zł
• Adults – 130 zł
• Families (min. 3 persons) – 250 zł.

2. The membership fee must be paid by 31^st of September 2014 or by the end of a month that the new member registers in.
3. The membership fee of “TenisWil” Tennis Club includes:

• 2 member meetings per season consisting in free use of tennis courts for all the Club members,
• Free access to the tennis courts for children – players of TenisWil outside of the training and paid reservation hours, in period from 1^st of May to 30^th September,
• 10% discount on the purchase of PRINCE tennis equipment.

4. The membership fee shall not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

§ 2. Fees for trainings

1. The annual course runs from 1^st of September 2014 to 30^th of June 2015.
2. The cost of the course depends on the number of trainings that a participant attends per week:

• 1 training per week – 2400zł/course
• 2 trainings per week – 4800zł/course
• 3 trainings per week – 7200zł/course

3. Any participant of the course or a parent/guardian (in case of minors) shall be required to pay the trainings’ fees in the Club’s reception (in cash) in accordance with one of the following options:

• Annual training fee payment (5% discount) – by 10^th of September 2014;
• Semester training fee payment (3% discount) – 1^st installment by 10^th of September 2014, 2^nd installment by 10^th of February 2015;
• Monthly training fee payment – by 10^th of each month (from September 2014 to June 2015).

4. The lack of payment of the training fee on time results in a refusal to participate in a training.
5. The absence from training does not give rise to a right to reimbursement of the paid fee.  If the absence from training was due to the illness of the participant (longer than a week) and was beforehand reported to the coach, the participant can catch up by  attending other training group classes, provided that there are free places in the particular training group and upon prior agreement with the coach.
6. Participants of the individual trainings shall inform the coach about their absence at least one week beforehand.
7. The complete resignation from the participation in trainings should be notified in writing by the participant, parent or guardian; however, no payments made will be returned.
